Terms of Service

Terms for account, Google access, publishing, and platform usage for Stardona.

1. Service Summary

Stardona Studio provides a creator-oriented platform that includes a web application with Google Sign-In and a desktop workflow for managing publishing tasks, including YouTube video upload support.

This site and the services described here are public-facing registration materials and the public agreement terms may be updated as apps evolve.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the service. Where Google Sign-In is used, Google account identity is governed by Google’s own policies and permissions model.

Users must not share accounts or impersonate other users. Stardona Studio may suspend or restrict access where misuse, unauthorized access, abusive behavior, or security violations are detected.

3. Google APIs and Login Access

The web application may use Google OAuth or related account identity services to enable sign-in, account association, and access control for the user-facing service. OAuth scopes, access controls, and data requests must be limited to what is needed for the current platform features.

Access to YouTube or Google APIs depends on valid authorization from the user and compliance with applicable Google API terms and product policies.

4. Content and Publishing Rules

Users are responsible for the channel content they upload, publish, or store through the service. Users must ensure that content does not violate copyright, rights of third parties, export/security obligations, or platform policies.

Stardona Studio may refuse or pause processing when a publishing request appears unsafe, malformed, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable platform rules.

5. Service Availability

Stardona Studio aims to provide reliable service availability, but updates, maintenance, outages, API restrictions, or platform policy changes may affect functionality. The service should be treated as a beta or evolving product surface during development.

Stardona Studio may modify or discontinue features at any time, including publishing support, Google sign-in integrations, or desktop workflow capabilities, as necessary for security, reliability, legal, or business reasons.
